Introduction
The Eccles Health Action Partnership is open to all members of the Eccles, Winton and Barton communities with an interest in improving health. The group is also open to health practitioners, community nurses, community workers and voluntary groups working in the area.
The main aim of the Health Action Partnership is to improve the health, well being and social care of the people of Eccles,Winton and Barton, reduce inequalities in health and create a modern Health Service designed around local people's needs. We aim to do this by working with local people on health related activities and projects in the community.
The following pages contain information on projects and activities that the group supports.
