The group numbers have ebbed and flowed (or is it flowed and ebbed) and of the original group only two remain. At present we have about ten members.
We welcome all comers at whatever level from beginners (and even those who do not play scrabble) upwards. We like to play a social game of two or three people and whilst we score the game in progress no record is kept of results – it’s the playing that counts not your score. True to U3A tradition it exercises the mind as part of the scheme of life.
This group meet at Winton Library at 2pm on alternate Tuesdays.
