Welcome to our Web Site, dedicated to assisting our members, and others who are researching their family history. Many of our members have been researching their family details for many years, and have a great amount of experience to share with other newer members.
We hope that this site will also enable other people on the internet to check if any names listed on the "Names under Research" page are relevant to their studies and allow them to contact us, either to pass on or ask for further information, which may help their search for family details.
Should you live in the Salford area, please feel free to join us at our monthly meetings, you will be most welcome. We meet once a month, usually on the first Tuesday of each month, from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, at the Link Centre, Chadwick Road, Eccles, Salford. Joining the group requires membership of Salford LLL/U3A of which details can be given when you first come to see us.
