You seem to have put a lot of work into this, it's an informative, and easy to navigate site. With some sites of a similar nature, you can get lost in medical jargon. I'll have another look when I get time.

Just got back from a two week holiday. Great site, did you set it up? I dont suffer half as bad as I used to I take Pyradoxine (B6) tablet everyday and my moods are tonnes better. Have you had much interest in the site?

Why is it when you go to your Doctor with other problems that it is always put down to your Homones when you havePMS. Yes I know I have problems but everything I have to deal with is not all because of PMS.

thanks for your email and link. Ive just had a look at the PMS website and it sounds really good.
Here are a few things about me - i'm 20 from Preston in Lancs (just down the road) i am currently studying health and social care at college at the moment. I have suffered from PMS for about 7 years now and it really gets me down but im getting better.
