Hi Julie
just a note - there is a female doctor in Brighton (Dr Maryan Stewart) who
has specialised in PMT and has great success (not only with PMT problems).
She has done a tremendous amount of research, written books etc. I believe
she has a website also (sorry I don't have name) but if you do some internet
searching I am sure you will find this. If of interest I will track down
her clinic number in Brighton. I believe there are other women's clinics
too.
I'm have been one of the lucky ones - but know how devastating the effects
can be. But also know a tremendous amount is being done via alternative and
complementary therapies as well as medicine.
Good luck and hope you find the right remedy for you - I'm sure there is
one, at least that could be of significant help.
Best wishes
Anne

Hi all you fellow sufferers.

Have just started taking Agnus Castus and has made a massive difference in first month. Please try it! Also, I am an aromatherapist and there are several oils that help so if you want info please contact me on chris@tigerblue.org.uk.

Cheers, Chris

A few months ago when I was suffering really badly with PMS, I was in such a foul mood, someone had upset me really, really badly, so I decided to write to 32 members of their old class mates on Friends Reunited and tell them what a user and loser this person had turned out to be. I felt good at the time but I'm ashamed of it now. PMS can make the most loving, caring individuals into such nasty people
