My children know the signs when my mood swings are going to start, they think it's funny and just say "OH GOD, She's got PMT". stay out of her way!

As a mum of two children who are growing up very fast, I have come to realise that I do tend to ball and shout about trivial little things. Why, what does it matter if they leave a cup in the front room or don't put the towels away in the bathroom. It does when I have PMT, it seems to magnify over the days, something I wouldn't ususally moan about becomes such a big issue. I can't control it, I feel bad later but at the time it just comes out. Good job they know I love them really!!!
