THE AIMS AND OBJECT OF MANCHESTER ADULT NEURODIVIRSITY ACTION (MANA)
To raise awareness of the social model of Neurodiversity in Adulthood (ND) to the to the voluntary and statutory agencies and the general public, in order to promote equality of adults living with ND.
To provide self-help of adults that will be given by adults, and for them to arrange social activities to promote social inclusion.
To work in partnership with other agencies, to provide supported housing and employment for adults and independent travel according to individual need.
To provide information to adults who do or might have ND as to where to go for diagnosis in order for them to receive the support they are entitled to for daily living such as welfare benefits, employment, housing and further /higher education.
